Delivery within Hong Kong

We currently offer delivery within Hong Kong. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate. Additional charges resulting from an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery, or redelivery will be the customer’s responsibility.

Orders are processed during our business hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on product availability, delivery location, and courier arrangements.

Any estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we are unable to fulfil your order as expected, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Office Pickup

You may collect your order from our Hong Kong office by selecting the pickup option at checkout.

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting. Bring your order confirmation or order number when collecting your purchase. No shipping fee applies to office pickup.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

Please check your order upon receipt. If any item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photos, including the packaging where applicable, so we can investigate and assist you.
